Who We Are

Kathy Toy

Kathy is a 39 year resident that worked in the library’s administrative offices for 18 years before retiring to care for her grandchildren. She will bring years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of library operations to the board.

Roberto is a 25 year resident with decades of public service as a mental health technician. Roberto won a seat on the board in the 2023 election and has served as Treasurer for two years. His voting record shows his dedication to library services and reaching across the Niles-Maine community.
